Funded Training
The Inter-branch Joint Funds (Law 388/2000) are promoted by trade unions and aimed at encouraging training activities for employed workers.
These funds are entitled to collect the 0.30% paid to the INPS and to redistribute it among their members.
By allocating 0.30% to an inter-branch fund, the company will have the guarantee that what is paid back – in accordance with Law 845/1978 – can be returned in training actions aimed at qualifying – in full agreement with the company’s strategies – its employees.
Membership of a fund does not entail any additional costs to the company and – at any time – you can change Fund or renounce membership.
Participating companies can plan free training plans for employees in order to increase their skills in the business or professional environment.
Euro Executive offers its customers the possibility of access to the Inter-branch Funds through qualified and affiliated entities.
Funding may be sought for in-house training and consuling services.
